Swoco Studio Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:
The referral program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old. Referrers must provide accurate information about themselves and the person they are referring.
Referral Rewards:
The $150 Visa gift card will be issued once the referred client signs a minimum 6-month agreement for $1,200/month or more in services and completes 60 days and their second payment. The reward is limited to one per referral but there is no cap on the number of referrals an individual can make.
Referral Process:
To qualify for the referral reward, the referred client must mention the referrer’s name during their initial inquiry or sign-up process. If the referred client does not disclose the referrer’s name, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward. The client must provide a valid email address for the referrer.
Payment Terms:
Referrers will be contacted once the referred client fulfills all program criteria. The $150 Visa gift card will be delivered electronically or via mail within 30 days of the referred client’s second payment.
Fraud Prevention:
Swoco Studio reserves the right to withhold rewards or disqualify referrers if fraudulent or unethical activity is detected, including self-referrals or false information provided by either party.
Program Changes:
Swoco Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals made prior to changes will still be honored based on the terms active at the time of the referral.
Non-Employment Relationship:
Participation in the referral program does not create an employment or contractor relationship with Swoco Studio.
Tax Implications:
Referrers are responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on referral rewards as required by local laws.
Void Where Prohibited:
This referral program is void where prohibited by law.
